Master Wisniewski, Tien Lung’s C.C.O. and joint Technical Director is a certified 7th Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do. Master Wiz, (as she is known to the students), has a history of successful competition; she was a consistent medallist at every tournament she attended. She was a member of the Canadian National Team for the World and Pan American Championships in 1996/97/98, 2001 and 2005, and incidentally, Tien Lung’s first female black belt. Master Wiz was an official Team Canada coach at the World Championships in Honduras, Canada, Russia and Bulgaria. With SM Wisniewski, they have trained 13 World Champions, 12 Silvers and 43 bronze medalists. Before studying Taekwon-Do, Master Wiz also had a successful competitive gymnastics career. She is not only exceptional in her competitive skills but also in her ability to meet life’s other challenges, as she proves every day by coping with 96% hearing loss. She received the Edmonton’s Woman of Vision Award in 2000. Master Wiz recently completed her Bachelor of Education After Degree with Distinction.
